How deep does a screw foundation need to be driven into the ground?

To ensure that a screw foundation remains stable in the long term, the correct installation depth is crucial. As a general rule, screw foundations should be installed at a frost-free depth, which usually means a depth of around 80 to 100 centimetres. However, depending on the ground conditions and the construction project, a greater depth may also be required.
