The longitudinal connector for the LayTec insert profile is used to connect two individual LayTec insert profiles. The connector is simply pushed into the profile. Due to the punched-in spacers, the connector is automatically centered between the profiles and leaves a gap of approx. 7 mm between the modules for thermal expansion of the profiles. The connector is only used for connection and does not replace any fixing points on the roof.
